We will issue insurance when we receive the final name list for the tour just prior to issuing flight tickets.
We are not insurance agents so please refer to the Allianz webpage or call Allianz with any policy questions.
It is the responsibility of the traveller to understand the policy they are sectioning including coverage exclusions.

Player Medical Form - Athletes please fill out if you are participating in a sport tour.
Child Permission Form - please have it notarized and with you on the tour if a minor is travelling on a sport tour with only one parent. Please note that your notary may have a better form.
