Canada Bears 2009 Europe Hockey Tour
July 28 to August 10, 2026 - Netherlands, Germany, and Czechia

The group will depart from Edmonton on Tuesday, July 28 and return on Monday, August 10.
Highlights of the tour include two days in Amsterdam with a sightseeing tour, canal cruise and a day trip to the open air museum at Zaanse Schans, the Gouda cheese market and the fishing village of Volendam. On the way to Germany we will visit the largest Canadian war cemetery in the Netherlands, Groesbeek.
We will play three games in the Dusseldorf area plus enjoy sightseeing tours of in Dusseldorf ,Cologne, plus a cruise of the Rhine River. We will stop to visit the amazing castle Burg Eltz and have lunch in Koblenz on the way to a free evening in Wurzburg. We continue towards Czechia from Wurzburg stopping at the picturesque medieval town of Rothenburg for a guided tour. Arriving into Czechia we will tour the world famous Pilsner Brewery in Pilsen before arriving in Prague.
While in Prague we will play an exhibition game and a four game tournament. We will also enjoy a guided city tour, a tour of the Skoda Factory, a visit to the WWII concentration camp at Terezin, a dinner cruise on the Vltava River and a medieval dinner. We will be taking a maximum of 9 forwards, 6 defensemen and 2 goalies.
Players born in 2009 are welcome to apply to join the team plus the team can take up to two players born in 2008 and will consider top players born in 2010.

We include a print out of your insurance in your documents.
If there are minor spelling mistakes on the insurance it will not affect your coverage
Azorcan Global includes an All-Inclusive and Trip Cancellation policy in the tour package for passengers 59 years of age or younger that are in good health.. You can review the Allianz Policy for coverage details. It is up to each passenger to review the included coverage, understand exclusions and ensure they have proper coverage.
Passengers 60 years or age and older will need to fill out the Medical Screening form to receive a quote. Once we have a quote for passengers 60 years of age and oldervyou then you can use our Insurance Form to select your coverage option or decline our insurance.
